We do not handle general visa inquiries. Please direct non case-specific concerns to our Customer Service Center via email at support-philippines@usvisascheduling.com. You may also call them at (02) 8548-8223. Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on Philippine and U.S. holidays. Callers in the United States should call (703) 991-7619 on its Eastern Standard Time equivalent of operational hours in the Philippines.
We will also not respond to duplicate inquiry cases so please refrain from sending multiple requests on a regular basis as this will only slow down our response time. Please wait at least two (2) weeks before sending a follow-up inquiry for a status update if you have not received any response from us.
